I really enjoyed reading While The Clock Ticked. It is the 11th Hardy Boy book. This book is about two young detectives, Frank and Joe Hardy. This time their mission is to find out who is sending death threats to Mr.Dalrymple, who is a banker and the owner of the old run down Purdy place. The boys also get caught up with some harbor thieves. Will the Hardy Boys stop the death threats and the harbor thieves? Read the book to find out!!! I would suggest young readers who like a good mystery to read this book. Out of 10, I give this book a rating of 7.
I really enjoyed reading Hot Hand, which is part of Mike Lupica's comeback kids series. This book is about a boy named Billy and his parents who are going through a separation. Not only does Billy have to worry about his parents, he also has to deal with his basketball team which is coached by his dad. Billy really wants to help his team "the Magic" win the championship. His dad wants him to pass the ball, but Billy was born to be a shooter. Will the Magic win the championship? Will Billy's parents get back together? Read to find out. I would advise young readers to read this book. Out of 10, I give this book a rating of 7.5.

I had a good time reading the Big Field. It was a book by Mike Lupica. It was a very good baseball/sports book. It is about a kid that plays for a team in Florida. His name is Keith but his nickname is Hutch. He has played shortstop all his life but now he plays 2nd base. That is because another shortstop is one of the best prospects in baseball. He and Hutch don’t get along that well. I will not tell you his name so you have to read the book. But the important part is they are trying to make it and win the Florida state championship. If I give this book a rating from 1 to 10 I would give it an 8 ½. It is a good book and I encourage young and old to read not only this book but all of Mike Lupica’s sports books.

"The Melted Coins" in the Hardy Boys Series
I just got done reading The Melted Coins in the Hardy Boys series. It is the 23rd book in the series. In this book the boys go on an adventure to get back some stolen Indian mask. They go on a adventure to Cleveland to check out a college for a friend named Chet. On the way to Cleveland something happens and they meet a couple . From there it gets very exciting. They all have to save a very important mask called the melted coins. They also get into a fight or two. They make some new friends and some new foes like they always do in their adventure/Mystery books. So if I give this book a rating from 1 to 10 I give it a 7. It is a very good book. I would like to see other people reading this series and the other Hardy Boy series. This book is $6.99 in hardcover
